- Horse and horse man USD. 500/ each for three days || -TIPS || Personal nature expenditure.
- Any Participants/ Yatris come back during yatra from Group permit so visa cancelation fee pays at immigration and transport.
- Based on participants interest, we can opt for helicopter service to avoid a day of long drive to Nepal – Tibet China border. Additional cost to be bound by Participants. If we are in a large then helicopter price, we can negotiate with Nepali Companies.
- Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is the combination Nepal package with maximum 3 nights - accommodation and services specified in Nepal and Tibet package with maximum 12-night accommodation and services specified. Neither of services of these two packages can be adjusted with each other under any circumstances. Nor there will be any compensation or refund for the un-used services.
- If any clients return without completing the tour/yatra due sickness or any reason whatsoever, cost of transportation from tour cancelling point to Kathmandu will be borne by the concerned clients. Besides this, any extra expenses including accommodation, meals, immigration penalty, visa fee (from non- Indians only) etc for his/her and accompanying staff will have to be borne by the concerned client.
- Accommodation in the hotel &local guest house will be provided in dormitory beds in a room with very basic facility bathrooms are common and in a very poor condition. If group decided to stay better hotel (where it is available), then the cost of accommodation in such hotel will have to be borne by the group as extra. Since the cost of accommodation in the pre- booked guest house is not refundable, it is not adjusted with cost of accommodation in the higher standard hotel. Group split in the guesthouse and hotel will not permitted as per the rules and regulation of Tibet government.
- If tour is cut short in Tibet due to bad weather or any unforeseen reasons whatsoever and group returns to Kathmandu prior to the original schedule, then the clients will have to pay the cost of accommodation, meals and any service required in Nepal as the unused services and accommodation in Tibet can neither be adjust with the accommodation and services provided in the Nepal or it is refundable as per the policy of the Tibet organization.
- If a part of group of wishes to return to Kathmandu earlier than the rest, any additional cost involved in the transportation, accommodation, immigration penalty fee, visa fee etc applicable to clients and accompanying staff will be borne by such group.
- In the event of lands slide, road blockage due to natural political or any reason whatsoever, participants will bear the extra cost of transportation and porters if required to reach the destination. It may be collected in advance before the tour start or on the spot depending in the situation.
- Decision on any issues will normally be taken as per the wish of majority but final decision will take by the tour leader in the best interest of all concerned.
- Pre- booking of accommodation in the guesthouses is not possible in some places. In that cases accommodation could not be available in the guesthouses for any reason whatsoever alternative accommodation in the tents will be provided.
- All the arrangements within Tibet are solely at the discretion of the China India pilgrim service center (CIPSC).
Chinese authorities reserve the right to:
- Change the itinerary due to the reason beyond our control.
- Alert the length of the itinerary if necessary.
- Increase the cost as a result of change of itinerary.

Booking and Payment Policy:
- Submit your Passport scan copy/ passport (6 Months validity) with INR 75000/- before 45 days on date of departure
- Balance payment before 30 days on departure from your destination.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
- One month before yatra start date Full refund. Apart from GST (Tax ) in India. Tax amount cannot be refunded.
- Within 30 days RS. 20000/- will deducted
- Within 15 days INR. 35000/- will deducted
- Within 7 days INR. 85000/- will deducted
- No refund

As Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar is situated at high altitudes, you may please start exercises like walking, jogging, yoga and other breathing exercises in order to have a successful yatra.
Insurance
Kindly get yourself a medical insurance for this yatra. Please make sure you cover yourself for emergency evacuation (helicopter) in the insurance. Also make sure the insurance company will work in the Tibet – (autonomous province of China).

Dharmayanam Tours & Travels Private Limited will do it best to make the Pilgrimage with safe and smooth. As all the tour programs are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of Tibet Tourism Bureau (TTB) And China India pilgrimage service centre (CIPSC), Dharmayanam Tours and Travels private Limited will not be accountable for any changes due to change of official rules and laws of Tibet. Moreover, Dharmayanam Tours & Travels Private Limited will also not be liable for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, and political unrest, cancellation of flight, sickness and accidents. Any extra cost arising due to the above circumstances shall be borne by the clients.
Info: This pilgrimage or sacred yatra, please do not imagine as a tour or pleasure trips. So, the participants /yatri’s should be physical fit. Make sure your health is ok for the high altitude. Participants / Yatri’s manage their horse & Porter money themselves. Try to eat food properly, if some problem update to leader without hesitates. Tibet part is mountain desert so drink enough water and juices. Kindly support and cooperate each other as a team with positive, it makes very comfortable, memorable and enjoy yatra.
