Basic Info

Experience the stunning mountain views of Sagarmatha national park on a 13 days challenging Everest base camp trek. Get the most out of the trek by discovering the mountains, glaciers, lakes, vegetations and wildlife symbolic to this park. Enjoy a complimentary airport pickup and transfer to the hotel near Thamel. In the evening take a meandering walk around the heritage sites of Kathmandu and join a welcome dinner with trek briefing. Next day after flight to Lukla our trek begins alongside the river Dudh Koshi and crossing its tributaries through the sherpa villages of Phakding and to Namche. You will acclimatize for a day in Namche. You will observe diverse species of flora and fauna throughout the trail. After crossing Pangboche you will enter into the mountain mountain valley of Pheriche. After steep ascent to Lobuche you will get to Gorakshep. From there hike up to Kala Patthar and gaze at the world’s tallest mount Everest.

Everest base camp trek offers magnificent views of other mountains such as Amadablam, Lhotse, Thamserku and numerous ice capped mountain peaks. Your guide will tell you interesting details about the park throughout the trek. After the trek you will fly back to Kathmandu and join amazing activities until your departure.

Booking: For confirming the tour, Rs.75, 000/- has to be remitted while booking & the balance amount has to be settled 45 days before the tour departure.

All the passengers are requested to handover Passport & Four Passport size photos, while confirming the package.

The Management reserves the right to make changes enroute or omit any places to visit if it becomes necessary.

Tour Timings/Itinerary/Tour-Fare are subject to change. Dharmayanam Tours & Travels reserves the right to alter, amend or even cancel any tour depending on the exigencies of the occasion.

  • If a part of group of wishes to return to Kathmandu earlier than the rest, any additional cost involved in the transportation, accommodation, immigration penalty fee, visa fee etc applicable to clients and accompanying staff will be borne by such group.
  • In the event of lands slide, road blockage due to natural political or any reason whatsoever, participants will bear the extra cost of transportation and porters if required to reach the destination. It may be collected in advance before the tour start or on the spot depending in the situation.
  • Decision on any issues will normally be taken as per the wish of majority but final decision will take by the tour leader in the best interest of all concerned.
  • Pre- booking of accommodation in the guesthouses is not possible in some places. In that cases accommodation could not be available in the guesthouses for any reason whatsoever alternative accommodation in the tents will be provided.
  • All the arrangements within Nepal are solely at the discretion of the respective agencies.

Moreover, Dharmayanam Tours & Travels Private Limited will also not be liable for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, and political unrest, cancellation of flight, sickness and accidents.
