Visitors to India must obtain a Visa / e-Visa (Tourist Visa / e- Tourist visa) from an Indian Diplomatic Mission (Indian Embassy / Indian Consulate / High Commission ) unless they come from one of the visa-exempt countries or a country whose citizens may obtain a visa on arrival, or an e-Visa online. Once you obtain the e-Visa, please do not forget to take the printed copy of the same to show to the Bureau of Indian Immigration at the border.

Booking: For confirming the seats, Rs.10,000/-+ Actual Airfares has to be remitted while booking & the balance amount has to be settled 20 days before the tour departure.

All the passengers are requested to handover Govt. approved photo identity while confirming the package.

Tour Timings/Itinerary/Tour-Fare are subject to change. Dharmayanam Tours & Travels reserves the right to alter, amend or even cancel any tour depending on the exigencies of the occasion.

Important Notice

*If the Helicopter does not operate due to bad weather, technical or any other unforeseen reasons, we will not be responsible for any financial loss that may be incurred by the passengers due to this. The Helicopter operator may offer the passengers an option to travel the next day. In such cases the passengers will have to pay for their hotel accommodation for extra night. Alternately the passengers may make their own arrangement for the stay. In case the passenger is unable to perform the Helicopter journey due to the above-mentioned reasons, they are entitled to full refund for the Helicopter fare only.

The bank charges for online transactions are non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour booking by any Yatri’s.

GST (Tax) amount to the Government, we file the Tax every month to the Government. Once bookings made, the GST (TAX) amount are non-refundable in case of cancellation of Pilgrimage booking by any Yatri’s.
